11 January 2017, welcoming two new Principals
East Asia Sentinel has promoted two of it's managers to Principals. Tommy Chan and Ricky Tam became Principals as of 1st January 2017.
The new appointments bring the total number of Principals to 11 as of 1 January 2017.
Tommy Chan, a practicing member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants focuses on audit and assurance services and specializes on Hong Kong tax, tax compliance and advisor for private and corporate clients.
Ricky Tam, a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute, focuses on business valuation, purchase price allocation, financial due diligence review, transfer pricing arrangement, business restructuring, merger & acquisition, and licensing application for regulated activity administered by the Securities and Futures Commission.
