As the head of the Accounting & Business Services Practice, Meonne provides accurate bookkeeping services, commercial services and Hong Kong/China tax compliance services to international clients who choose to outsource these services. Over the past 17 years, Meonne has been serving clients of a wide range of industries and has accumulated extensive experience.

Accounting  & Business Services Experience

Meonne leads a team in performing back office accounting work for a large multinational fashion buying agent. Taking advantage of Hong Kong’s low profit tax rate and our strong team of talented professionals, the US investor incorporated the company in Hong Kong while setting up operations in various Asian countries. In 2004, when the multinational company wanted to expand its operations in China therefore Meonne helped the company set up a representative office in QingDao. Currently, Meonne is working with the client in converting the representative office to becoming a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (WOFE).

Many multinational companies seek Meonne’s expertise in performing back office duties for their Hong Kong branch office and/or subsidiaries. Such duties involve performance in various book-keeping, the maintenance of and issuance of monthly accounts, issuing invoices, administrative duties and the company’s payroll. Meonne works closely with all of the clients to ensure that all the needs are met and to ensure that the client’s business meets all of the requirements required by Hong Kong law.

Meonne also heads the group’s trade service department where she works closely with local and international banks to obtain letters of credits on behalf of our clients. With over 17 years of experience, Meonne has developed good, strong relationships with many of the local and international banks which ensures issuance of letter of credits are performed in the most time efficient manner facilitating a good environment for international trade.
